This policy explains how Orizon Solution ("Orizon", "we", "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you visit orizonsolution.com or engage our services. We've kept it as short and plain as legally workable. If you have a question this policy doesn't answer, email hello@orizonsolution.com.

1. Who we are

Orizon Solution is a technology partnership based in Ahmedabad, India, working with digital agencies and direct-to-consumer brand owners across the United States, the United Kingdom, the Middle East, and Canada.

For data-protection purposes, we are the controller of information you provide directly to us through this website (form submissions, email correspondence, scheduled calls). Where we process information on behalf of agency partners or their clients during an engagement, we act as a processor under the terms of the partnership agreement signed at that point.

2. What we collect

We collect only what we need to respond to you and operate the website.

Information you give us directly:

  • Name and work email when you submit a form on /start or /nda-protected
  • Company or agency name (optional) and a free-text description of what you're working on
  • Calendar availability when you schedule a call via Cal.com
  • Anything you choose to attach (a brief, an NDA, a project file)

Information collected automatically:

  • IP address (hashed with a server-side salt before any storage; we never store raw IPs)
  • Browser type, device type, operating system, and language
  • Pages visited, time on page, and referring URL
  • Cookie consent state

We do not collect special-category personal data, government identifiers, financial account numbers, or health information. If any of that appears in correspondence you send us, we do not retain it beyond the engagement.

3. Third-party processors

These are the services we use to operate the website and respond to enquiries. Each has its own privacy policy linked below.

We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it for any purpose beyond what's described in this policy. We do not transfer data outside our processor list above.

4. Cookies and consent

When you first arrive, a banner asks whether you accept analytics and advertising cookies. Until you decide, Google Consent Mode v2 keeps ad_storage, analytics_storage, ad_user_data, and ad_personalization set to denied. Nothing fires until you choose.

If you accept, we store your preference in your browser's localStorage so we don't ask again on subsequent visits. You can clear it at any time by clearing site data in your browser, and the banner reappears on next visit.

Strictly necessary cookies (for example, the consent state itself) operate without requiring your acceptance because the site cannot function without them.

5. Why we process your data

We process personal data on the following legal bases:

  • Consent — analytics cookies and any optional marketing communications.
  • Contract performance — responding to your enquiry, scheduling a call, dispatching an NDA, delivering engagement materials.
  • Legitimate interests — operating the website, preventing fraud, securing the infrastructure, and improving how we communicate with prospective partners.
  • Legal obligation — tax records, KYC checks where applicable, response to lawful subpoenas.

6. How long we keep it

  • Form submissions and correspondence: retained for the duration of the engagement plus seven years thereafter for accounting and tax compliance.
  • Cookie consent state: stored in your browser until you clear it.
  • Event analytics: aggregated and pseudonymised after 18 months. Raw event data is pruned monthly.
  • NDA-protected library access logs: retained until the partnership ends and confidentiality obligations expire.

7. Your rights

Under GDPR (if you are in the European Economic Area or the UK) and CCPA (if you are a California resident), you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Correct anything inaccurate
  • Request deletion ("erasure")
  • Restrict or object to specific processing
  • Receive your data in a portable format
  • Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting prior processing
  • Lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority

To exercise any of these rights, email hello@orizonsolution.com with the subject line "Data request". We aim to respond within 30 days. We do not charge a fee unless requests are repetitive or excessive.

California residents additionally have the right to know whether we sell or share personal information (we do not), the categories of third parties we share with (listed in section 3), and the right to non-discrimination for exercising any CCPA right.

8. International transfers

Your data may be processed in the United States, the European Union, and India, depending on which processor handles the request. For transfers from the EEA or UK to processors in the United States, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where applicable.

9. Security

We use TLS encryption for all data in transit, hashed IPs before storage, role-based access controls for any internal data tooling, and audit logging on production database access. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps appropriate to the sensitivity of the data we handle.

If we become aware of a data breach affecting your personal data, we will notify you and the relevant supervisory authority within 72 hours where required by law.

10. Children

This website is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under that age. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, email hello@orizonsolution.com and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent change was made. Material changes will be flagged via a banner on the website for at least 30 days before they take effect.

12. Contact
