These terms govern your use of orizonsolution.com (the "Site"). The terms of any engagement (a software build, a consulting workshop, a Stays Program, a white-label partnership) sit in a separate written agreement signed by both parties at the start of that engagement. This document covers the website only.

1. Acceptance

By accessing the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Site. We may update these terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date above indicates when the most recent change was made.

2. Who we are

Orizon Solution is a technology partnership based in Ahmedabad, India. The Site is operated by Orizon Solution. Contact: hello@orizonsolution.com.

3. Permitted use

You may browse the Site, submit enquiries through the available forms, and schedule a call via the Cal.com embed. You may not:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, our infrastructure, or any system connected to it
• Scrape, mirror, or systematically extract content without our written consent
• Submit false information through any form
• Introduce malware, spam, or any content intended to disrupt the Site

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate access, or remove content at our discretion where these terms are breached.

4. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — text, design, code, photography, illustration, logos, and the Open O mark — is owned by Orizon Solution or used under licence. You may not copy, republish, or create derivative works from any of it without prior written consent.

The "Orizon" name and the Open O mark are trademarks of Orizon Solution. Other product or company names referenced on the Site are the property of their respective owners and used for identification only.

Where you submit content to us through a form (a brief, an NDA, a project file), you retain ownership of that content. You grant us a limited licence to read, store, and respond to it for the purpose of evaluating the engagement.

5. The Site is not the engagement

Nothing on this Site constitutes a contract, a binding quote, or a guarantee of services. The descriptions of capabilities, pricing modes, the Stays Program, and the partnership commitments are accurate at the time of publication but are subject to the specific terms agreed in writing at the start of an engagement.

Where the Site references a fixed structure (the four-phase process, the ninety-day Stays Program, the mutual NDA, the white-label discipline), that structure represents our operating default. The exact terms applied to your engagement are documented in the partnership agreement signed before work begins.

6. Linked third-party services

The Site embeds or links to services operated by third parties (Cal.com for scheduling, Resend for email reply, Google Tag Manager for analytics orchestration). Your interaction with those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, listed in our privacy policy section 3.

We are not responsible for the content, policies, or availability of any third-party site linked from ours.

7. Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties, express or implied, about:

• The availability or uptime of the Site
• The accuracy or completeness of content (we update it as our practice changes, but at any given moment a page may lag the operating reality)
• The fitness of any content for a particular purpose
• The Site being uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components

This disclaimer does not exclude or limit liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orizon Solution will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Site.

Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our total liability to you for any claim arising from the Site is limited to the greater of (a) the fees paid by you for the engagement under which the claim arises in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars where no engagement is in place.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Orizon Solution and its team harmless from any claim, loss, liability, or expense arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the Site.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the Site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

Where you are a consumer resident in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or California, nothing in this section affects your statutory rights under your local consumer protection law.

11. Dispute resolution

Before issuing any formal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt resolution in good faith through direct discussion for a period of at least thirty days.

12. Severability

If any provision of these terms is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.

13. Entire agreement

These terms, together with our privacy policy and any engagement-specific partnership agreement signed in writing, constitute the entire agreement between you and Orizon Solution regarding the Site.
